The Stateful Traffic Generator® model STG-10G is based on the well known traffic generation engine D-ITG™. The STG-10G is composed of a Graphical User Interface (GUI) that wraps the D-ITG™ engine, INTEL® DPDK Fast Packet Technology and other test tools.

Ethernet Delay Simulator, EDS-10G (Available August 2014)trafficgeneratorpic
The EDS-10G is an Ethernet Delay Simulator allowing users to test and stage critical network equipment adding delays and impairments over 10GbE or 10/100/1000G Ethernet. Theunit is an excellent choice for validating and evaluating new products and technologies. The EDS-10G allows the user to accurately emulate bandwidth, latency, loss and congestion. Additional options allow real time traffic graphs and network statistics.

Router Delay Simulator PLUS (RDS)
The RDS-PLUS is a modular, network link error and delay simulator that provides a realistic simulation of physical network behavior with respect to time delays and bit errors. The RDS-PLUS supports a wide range of interface types and speeds, ranging from 1200bps to over 50Mbps.

UDC-RDS Low Speed
For testing network transmission delays. The UDC-RDS Network Delay Simulator allows connections at data rates of 300bps up to 1.024Mbps while simulating network latency. The user selectable delays are for both data and control signals and range from 0 milliseconds up to 1 second in each direction. The WAN Delay Simulator allows users to test and pre-configure Routers (with software applications)and other critical DTE equipment for reliable network operation while simulating network delay times.



UDC-RDS High Speed
For testing network transmission delays. The UDC-RDS Network Delay Simulator allows connections at data rates of 8kbps up to 3.072Mbps while simulating network latency. The user selectable delays are for both data and control signals and range from 0 milliseconds up to 1 second in each direction. The WAN Delay Simulator allows users to test and pre-configure Routers (with software applications)and other critical DTE equipment for reliable network operation while simulating network delay times.

DTS, Data Test Set
The Data Test Set (DTS) provides a means for a technician at a remote site to implement a full external loopback at the terminal port of a DSU or modem and to obtain visual indication of the circuit operation.

V.35 / X.21 Breakout Box
The V.35/X.21 Breakout Box provides access to all V.35 or X.21 conductors when inserted between a Modem and Terminal device. The LED's monitor the status of all signals. The DIP SWITCHES allow the user to break contact of individual signals. Test points allow cross patching of signals.

When using a Breakout Box, the interpretation of the LEDS can at times be misleading. Many short term events, are undetected by a very brief flash of an LED. Also, constant events such as clocks or constant data may only be a faint glow on the LED. The V.35 Breakout Box contains circuitry to help alleviate this problem.
